INGREDIENTS
15 ml Brandy
45 ml Red Tawny Port Wine
10 ml Egg Yolk

METHOD
Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker, shake well with
ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass.

GARNISH
Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
